- Your Spectara version (shown in the extension popup)
- The page URL and what you clicked, if it is about a locator
- The last characters of your license key, if it is about Pro
Common questions
My license key is rejected. Paste it exactly as Polar sent it. If you cancelled your subscription, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
The extension does nothing on a page. Chrome blocks extensions on chrome:// pages and the Chrome Web Store. Reload other pages that were open before you installed Spectara.
